Refund & Return Policy – ProClean Advanced Ear Care
We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused
• Be unopened and in its original condition
• Be in its original packaging
• Include all accessories
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products.
To start a return, please contact us at support@procleanearcare.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
